Help for Cyber Clash Survivor, Pixy Block Breaker and other games published by Emre Pehlevan. Use the contact form and include the game name so your request reaches the right place.

Report a problem

Tell me your device model, operating system, game version and what happened. Include the level number and steps to reproduce the issue when relevant. Screenshots can help; hide private information before sending them. Never send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.

Purchases and missing items

Check that Apple or Google completed the payment and that you are using the same store account. If a delivered item is missing, send the game name, product name and order reference through the contact form. Use Restore Purchases where the game offers it for permanent items. Consumable coins and items are not restored in the same way as permanent purchases. Refund requests follow the store's process.

Progress and another device

Many games keep progress on the device. Unless a game explicitly offers cloud saves, progress may not transfer to another phone or return after reinstalling. Contact support before clearing app data or uninstalling if you want help preserving progress.

Privacy and data deletion requests

Open the contact form, use the subject “Privacy request” or “Data deletion request”, name the game and describe what you want accessed, corrected or deleted. If you have an analytics identifier or a previous support reference, include it privately. Do not send unnecessary personal information about yourself or a child.

Optional gameplay analytics can be turned off in games that provide a privacy setting. This stops future optional collection; it does not erase previously received records. Local saves remain on your device and are managed separately. A parent or guardian can submit a request on a child's behalf.

Requests cover identifiable support records and any pseudonymous analytics records that can reasonably be located. Where a random identifier cannot be linked to the requester, additional context may be needed; anonymous aggregate statistics cannot identify an individual. Necessary purchase, security or legal records may be retained for the applicable period. Store-held payment records remain under Apple's or Google's control. See the Privacy Policy for retention and exceptions. Requests are handled within the periods required by applicable law.
